Darwin is a property management platform that helps renters love where they live. The platform helps property managers coordinate every home’s day-to-day needs and even dispatches local pros to perform on-site repairs, renovations, and maintenance.

We settled on an approach of sophisticated, modernism-inspired visual identity with strong grids. Friendliness and personality flourish through photography of local pros and renters masked by blueprint-inspired shapes.
